Account deletion
Request account and data deletion.
Match Maker users can delete their account from the mobile app or request deletion from this page. Use the same email or phone number tied to your account so we can verify and process the request.
Delete from the app
Open Match Maker, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. This starts the in-app deletion flow for your account, dating profile, photos, verification submissions, matches, messages, and related app data.
Request deletion without the app
Send a request through this form with topic Account deletion, or email team@matchmaker.support. We may ask for extra verification before deleting account data.
What may be retained
We may keep limited records when needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, moderation, payment records, or other legitimate business purposes. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
